Who We Are
KG2 Consulting LLC is a privately-owned small business headquartered in McLean, Virginia, USA. In addition to the US, we focus on emerging markets world-wide and have a strategic presence in Accra (Ghana), Casablanca (Morocco), Hong Kong (China), and in Riyadh and Dammam (Saudi Arabia).
As in most of these emerging markets, developing a successful business in Africa, the Middle East, and in Asia requires focus, agility, and innovation. We understand that ambiguity, complexity, uncertainty, and volatility are integral components of these markets that are fast growing, dynamically evolving, and subject to complex regulatory and socio-economic environments…we assist with assessing and validating the problem / opportunity / market / product / willingness to buy, etc. and we offer our clients insight, guidance, and in-country knowledge we brand as ‘nuanced regionalization’.
